Terms of Service

1.0 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Binding Agreement. By accessing, browsing, registering for, or otherwise using Flexiflock.com or any service offered by Hashtag Thrift LLC d/b/a Flexiflock ("Flexiflock," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all documents incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, AI Use Policy, and UPL Disclaimer.

1.2 Minors. Users under eighteen (18) must have the express consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf.

1.3 Business Users. If using Flexiflock.com on behalf of an entity, you represent you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2.0 Description of Services

• AI-Assisted Legal Technology Tools — non-attorney tools assisting pro se litigants; not legal advice.
• Pro Se Paralegal Document Drafting Support.
• AI Ethics & Compliance Consulting.
• Website and App Design Services.
• Mobile Notary Services performed by a Florida-commissioned notary under Fla. Stat. Ch. 117.
• AI & Legal Automation Tools for workflow and compliance tracking.

2.2 Flexiflock reserves the right to modify, suspend, add to, or discontinue any service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

3.0 User Obligations

3.1 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3.2 Account Security. You are responsible for your account credentials and must notify us of unauthorized access.

3.3 Prohibited Conduct includes:

• Engaging in or facilitating the unauthorized practice of law.
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Harassing, threatening, or harming other users or staff.
• Scraping, crawling, or unauthorized data extraction.
• Attempting unauthorized access to Flexiflock systems.
• Generating or distributing unlawful content.

3.4 Legal Compliance with all applicable federal and Florida laws.

4.0 Intellectual Property

4.1 All content, branding, trademarks, software, templates, and materials on Flexiflock.com are the proprietary property of Hashtag Thrift LLC d/b/a Flexiflock or its licensors.

4.2 Limited License. Flexiflock grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal or internal business use only.

4.3 User-Submitted Content. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant Flexiflock a limited license to process it solely to deliver requested services.

4.4 No reproduction, republication, or commercial distribution of Flexiflock content without prior written consent.

5.0 Payment Terms

• Fee Disclosure at point of purchase.
• Payment Processing handled solely by third-party processors; Flexiflock does not store card data.
• Recurring Billing disclosed before enrollment; cancel per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Taxes collected and remitted as required by Florida law.

6.0 Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLEXIFLOCK.COM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

6.2 AI-generated outputs, document templates, and legal information tools are informational aids only — not legal advice, opinions, or attorney-client communications. See the UPL Disclaimer and AI Use Policy.

7.0 Limitation of Liability

HASHTAG THRIFT LLC D/B/A FLEXIFLOCK'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) FEES PAID IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS, OR (B) $100.00.

7.1 No liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

7.2 Florida Consumer Notice. Certain liability limitations may not apply to consumer transactions under FDUTPA, Fla. Stat. § 501.211.

8.0 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hashtag Thrift LLC and its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, successors, and affiliates from claims arising from your use of the services, violation of these Terms or law, or infringement of third-party rights.

9.0 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: State of Florida.
• Venue: state and federal courts in Broward County, Florida.
• Good-Faith Negotiation for at least thirty (30) days before formal proceedings.
• Binding Arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules in Broward County, Florida, or remotely.
• Class Action Waiver — all disputes brought individually only.
• FDUTPA Attorney's Fees may apply under Fla. Stat. § 501.2105.

10.0 Termination

10.1 Flexiflock may suspend or terminate access at its sole discretion for violations, harm to users or the business, or legal requirement.

10.2 Users may terminate use at any time; account deletion does not automatically trigger refunds.

10.3 Survival. Provisions relating to IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

11.0 Modifications to Terms

Material changes are announced via email or prominent notice at least thirty (30) calendar days before taking effect. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.
