1.0 Commitment to Accessibility

1.1 Hashtag Thrift LLC d/b/a Flexiflock ("Flexiflock") is committed to ensuring Flexiflock.com is accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities.

1.2 Conformance Target: Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

1.3 Legal Standards: Title III of the ADA (42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. § 794d), and applicable Florida accessibility standards.

• Accessibility and Translation Widget site-wide for text size, contrast, font, and translation.
• Text Alternatives for non-text content for screen reader users.
• Keyboard Navigation for core website functionality.
• Color Contrast meeting WCAG 2.1 Level AA, to the extent technically feasible.
• Semantic HTML and ARIA attributes where appropriate.

3.0 Known Limitations

• Some legacy content or older documents may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA; actively being reviewed and remediated.
• Third-party embedded content, widgets, or iframes (payment processors, scheduling tools, video) may not be fully accessible and are outside our control.
