1.0 Introduction & Scope

1.1 Data Controller Identity. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by Hashtag Thrift LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Flexiflock ("Flexiflock," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 2655 Flamingo Lane, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33312. Hashtag Thrift LLC d/b/a Flexiflock is the data controller for all personal information collected through the Flexiflock.com website and associated services.

1.2 Website Coverage. This Policy applies exclusively to personal data collected through www.flexiflock.com and any subdomains or service portals directly operated by Flexiflock. It does not apply to third-party websites, applications, or platforms that may be linked from Flexiflock.com.

1.3 Florida Information Protection Act Compliance. Flexiflock complies with the Florida Information Protection Act ("FIPA"), Fla. Stat. § 501.171, which governs the security of personal information maintained by covered entities doing business in Florida.

Florida residents who qualify as "consumers" under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights may exercise the following rights:

7.3 Response Timeline. Flexiflock will respond within forty-five (45) calendar days, extendable once by up to forty-five (45) additional days (maximum 90 days total).

8.1 Flexiflock implements reasonable security procedures appropriate to the data we collect, per Fla. Stat. § 501.171(2).

8.3 Organizational Controls: restricted personnel access, staff training, contractual vendor security requirements.

8.4 Data Breach Notification. Affected Florida residents will be notified within thirty (30) calendar days of determining a breach occurred, as required by FIPA. The Florida Attorney General will be notified where required by statute.
