Artificial Intelligence Use & Disclosure Policy

1.0 Purpose & Scope

1.1 Hashtag Thrift LLC d/b/a Flexiflock ("Flexiflock") is committed to the transparent, ethical, and responsible deployment of artificial intelligence ("AI") across its platform and services.

1.2 Scope. This AI Policy covers all AI tools, machine learning models, automated decision-support systems, and natural language processing applications deployed on or through Flexiflock.com.

1.3 FTC Compliance. Designed to comply with Section 5 of the FTC Act (15 U.S.C. § 45) — Flexiflock will not deploy AI deceptively or misleadingly.

1.4 Florida AI Ethics Alignment, informed by Fla. Stat. § 501.171 regarding secure data handling in AI contexts.

2.0 AI Tools Used

• AI-Assisted Legal Document Generation (LLM-based drafting/formatting tools).
• AI-Powered Intake Form Processing and routing.
• Automated Communications and Response Tools (acknowledgments, status updates).
• AI Ethics & Compliance Review Tools for client self-assessment.
• Chatbots and Virtual Assistants, clearly identified as automated, not human.

3.0 What AI Can and Cannot Do

3.1 Capabilities: document structuring, template population, research aggregation, information organization, workflow automation.

AI OUTPUTS ARE NOT LEGAL ADVICE, LEGAL OPINIONS, LEGAL STRATEGY, OR ATTORNEY-CLIENT COMMUNICATIONS. NO AI OUTPUT CREATES AN ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP.

3.3 Risk of Errors and Hallucinations. AI systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or fabricated information. No warranty is made regarding accuracy or legal sufficiency.

3.4 User Responsibility. All AI-generated outputs should be independently reviewed before reliance, filing, or submission to any court or agency.

4.0 Human Oversight

4.1 Human Review Commitment. AI-generated content delivered as part of a managed service is subject to human review where reasonably practicable.

4.2 Independent verification of AI outputs is strongly encouraged, particularly before legal or official use.

4.3 Correction and Retraction. Flexiflock may correct, supplement, or retract AI content when errors are identified.

5.0 Data Use in AI Processing

5.1 User data submitted may be processed by AI systems to deliver requested services, pursuant to our Privacy Policy.

5.2 No Training on User Data Without Consent. We do not use personal data to train or fine-tune third-party AI models absent express written consent.

5.3 Data Minimization — only data necessary for the requested task is processed by AI systems.

6.0 Bias & Accuracy Limitations

6.1 AI models may reflect inherent biases present in training data; outputs are not guaranteed bias-free.

6.2 Legal information generated is general in nature and not tailored to specific circumstances; Florida-specific accuracy is not guaranteed for all outputs.

6.3 Reference Use Only — Florida-specific AI output should not be relied upon without independent verification by a licensed Florida attorney.

7.0 Third-Party AI Vendors

7.1 Flexiflock may use third-party AI platforms, APIs, and cloud-based AI services, subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7.3 A current vendor list is available upon written request to Flexiflockai@gmail.com.

8.0 User Rights Regarding AI Processing

• Right to Know when AI has been used in processing your request.
• Right to Human Review of AI-generated output before delivery (may affect timelines).
• Right to Opt Out of AI-assisted processing (may limit service availability or speed).

9.0 Updates to This Policy
