Anti-Spam & Electronic Communications Policy

1.0 Policy Statement

1.1 Hashtag Thrift LLC d/b/a Flexiflock ("Flexiflock") is committed to responsible, respectful, permission-based electronic communications.

1.2 No Spam. Flexiflock does not engage in unsolicited bulk email. All outbound marketing communications are sent only to individuals who have provided express prior consent.

2.0 Consent-Based Marketing

2.1 Marketing emails are sent exclusively to individuals who opted in via a Flexiflock.com subscription form, service enrollment, or other consent mechanism.

2.2 Consent Records (date/time, method, and scope of consent) are retained for a minimum of three (3) years.

3.0 CAN-SPAM Act Compliance (15 U.S.C. § 7701 et seq.)

Every marketing email includes:

• Sender Identification — Hashtag Thrift LLC d/b/a Flexiflock clearly identified.
• Physical Mailing Address — 2655 Flamingo Lane, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33312.
• Accurate Subject Line reflecting the email's content.
• Opt-Out Mechanism — clear unsubscribe link or instruction.
• Honorable Opt-Outs — honored within ten (10) business days.

3.2 Flexiflock does not use false header information, deceptive subject lines, or automated address harvesting.

4.0 Transactional Communications

4.1 Permitted regardless of marketing opt-out status: order confirmations, receipts, invoices, service delivery notices, account security alerts, appointment confirmations, required policy update notices, and direct inquiry responses.

5.0 Text / SMS Communications

5.1 TCPA Compliance. SMS sent only with express written consent, consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227.

5.2 Standard carrier message and data rates may apply.

5.3 Reply STOP to any Flexiflock SMS message to opt out at any time.

6.0 Reporting Abuse

6.2 Flexiflock investigates all spam reports and responds within five (5) business days.

7.0 Third-Party Senders

7.1 No third party may send marketing emails on Flexiflock's behalf without a formal written agreement requiring compliance with this Policy and CAN-SPAM.

7.2 Email Impersonation / Spoofing. Do not respond to or click links in a suspected impersonation email; report it immediately with "IMPERSONATION REPORT" in the subject line. Flexiflock will never request sensitive financial information via unsolicited email.

8.0 Governing Law

• CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, 15 U.S.C. § 7701 et seq., and 16 C.F.R. Part 316.
• Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227.
• Florida Electronic Communications statutes and the Florida Computer Crimes Act.
• FTC Act, Section 5, 15 U.S.C. § 45.
• Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), Fla. Stat. § 501.201 et seq.
