  • PDF/A Format: Filings must be submitted as text-searchable PDF/A files, not scanned images.
  • Redaction Rules: Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, and minors' names must be redacted per Fla. R. Jud. Admin. 2.420.
  • AOSC 09-30: Florida's Administrative Order governing mandatory e-filing procedures and document standards.
  • ePortal Upload: Documents are submitted through the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal, then routed to the appropriate clerk of court.

Federal Filing Compliance

Federal pro se filers must follow CM/ECF system requirements when submitting documents electronically.

  • Searchable PDF Requirement: All filings must be text-searchable PDFs, not scanned images, per local CM/ECF administrative procedures.
